Wiggan-Kenniebrew Funds

Carthage has two funds to support students of color, named in honor of the first male and female students of African-American descent to graduate from Carthage, Lorraine A. Wiggan ’46 and Alonzo H. Kenniebrew ’54. Both funds were established by the Wiggan-Kenniebrew Black Alumni Network. This group of alumni is dedicated to providing support for current Carthage students of color, especially those of African American descent and those who support the African American community..

Innovation at Carthage

The President’s Discretionary Fund accelerates our ability to act, meet needs, and position Carthage to be a driving force in the economy of the region as we connect Carthage more deeply to the needs of society, particularly to southeastern Wisconsin. Carthage will need additional resources to offer new programs, undertake new initiatives, and conduct research in emerging areas.
